Dies "smite" get through walls?
does* wow nice typo >_>
I'm wonderig if smite the monk skill can get through walls like banish for example or hexes ect ect. Does it require a clear line of sight is another way to put it? Last edited by bleh; Jun 07, 2006 at 07:20 AM // 07:20.. |

It doesn't need a clear line of sight.

Most monk skills do not require line of sight. The actual skill "smite" does, as do a few others, like spear of light.

Yup. You can be stood still not attacking, and as soon as you hit smite, your wand/staff/hammer/etc will attack once doing the smite damage, and then you willl continue to attack. Smite is also effected by blindness and in answer to the original question; yes if you use smite with a projectile weapon it follows the same rules as a normal projectile.

If you look the description, Smite is attack skill and attacks always need a weapon to work. All weapons except melee weapons use some kind of projectile and projectiles need clear line of sight to hit the target.
